1968 marked the second year of Camaro. Coming off of a wildly successful launch, Chevrolet gave the front of the car a more pointed grille and divided the rear tail lights. SS models received signature chrome hood inserts and low-gloss black rear taillight panels. Performance was improved with staggered rear shock abosorber mountings and multi-leaf rear springs were introduced for high-performance models. '68 continued America's love affair with the Camaro and proved to be another highly succesful year for the model. This '68 SS Camaro is the result of a rotisserie restoration. All around the exterior, the gleaming Rally Green paint, a rare midyear spring color, is set off by the new white vinyl top.
