Gateway Classic Cars St. Louis showroom is very happy to digitally present this amazing 1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA. 1987 was the first year that GM released the 5.7 liter, with tuned port fuel injection for use in the Firebird. The Trans Am GTA was Pontiac's pride and joy with a standard L98 5.7L 350 Tuned-Port Injection, producing 215 horsepower. The GTA came with a standard TH-700R4 automatic transmission, air conditioning, new seats with inflatable lumbar and side bolsters, special door panels, body-colored ground effects, a special GTA horn button, and the WS6 performance handling package.
