1957 MG MGA Coupe

1957 MG MGA Coupe The MGA marked a shift in the MG brand's vehicle building - gone were the pre-war style pontoon fenders and thin bicycle-like wheels and in their place, a gorgeous, flowing body that could have come out of one of Italy's top styling houses. Produced between 1955 and 1962, the MGA was primarily designed as an open top roadster, but, a coupe variant was produced - albeit in smaller numbers. This 1957 MG MGA Coupe is finished in a shade of paint from the Ford catalog called Laser Red, and benefits from long-term single family ownership, staying under the care of the same family since 1977. This car has been restored twice under current ownership - once immediately after purchase in 1978, and a second time in 1999 - which still shows very nicely.
