1997 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

A very rare production Firebird. Only 164 produced. I am the second owner. This is car #139 from 1997. Have lots of original paperwork to include production breakdown by year. These Comp T/As were built to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the BF Goodrich Comp TA tire. The first true performance radial used in North American racing. Originally slated for 200 to be produced but because of a complicated ordering process that most dealers weren't aware of coupled with the major change to the new body and drive train in 1998 the program only produced 164 Comp TAs. Lots of extras. See pictures. Won't find another example with as much documentation. Even featured in a Firebird book as the Comp T/A example.
