1986 Toyota MR2

1-st Gen Toyota MR 2 was a joint project of Lotus , the iconic sports car brand and Toyota , the company that makes the most reiiable cars in the world. It was a match in heaven and an instant success. At its introduction in 1984 , MR 2 won "Car of the Year Japan". The MR 2 was Motor Trends "Import Car of the Year " for 1985. Road & Track and Car and Driver magazines both chose the MR 2 om their " Ten Best" list. The Australian Wheels magazine chose the 1988 as its favourite sports car. MR 2 stands for Mid-engine Rear- wheel drive 2-seater. It is often called "Mister Two ", "Baby Ferrari " and " Poor man's Ferrari". But unlike with rich man's Ferrari , you do not have to spend an arm and a leg for maintenance.You can get away with less than a $100 for the whole year because it has a Corrola reliability.
