This stunning 1968 GTO is the result of a multi-year, no-expense-spared rotisserie restoration—a professional build that would cost over $120k to duplicate today. The body is laser-straight with perfect gaps, a testament to the original GM sheet metal preserved by an incredible back-story. Reported stolen in the early 1970s, the car was hidden away in a dry warehouse for over 40 years. It was discovered completely intact (minus the powertrain) when the property changed hands, essentially freezing the low-mileage body in time. With all original body stampings present the state reissued the serial tag back to the original vin and the restoration began, resulting in the masterpiece you see here!
