1999 Honda Civic DX

1999 Honda Civic Lx Coupe H22A no power steering or ac and has 1 bent valve. I also have an extra head that comes with the car that can just be placed in and fix the issue. This was supposed to be a nice little project for me at the time but grew out of wanting a project and just want a manual car for fun. Message me if you are local and want a trade. Runs and drives. NO RUST AT ALL UNDER CAR.
