Vehicle Original VIN : BN4L34242 The Austin Healey 100/6 sits in the middle of what collectors call the Big Healeys, the three-model lineage that began with the original 100 in 1953 and ended with the 3000 in 1967. Donald Healey built these cars around a simple idea: go 100 miles per hour, look good doing it, and do it for less money than a Jaguar. The 100/6 brought a 2.6 liter inline six to the formula, and 1957 was the year Healey introduced a new cast aluminum six-port intake manifold with larger valves and higher compression that jumped power from 101 to 117 horsepower, making this one of the strongest versions of the 100/6 ever built.
