1964 Ford Fairlane

1964 Ford Fairlane 500 6cyl 4speed manual. Car is solid in alot of key places but does have rust in it as seen in pictures. Brake pedal is hard as a rock so brakes are non functional. Have not tried to start but engine will turn by hand.
