1978 Ford Mustang Monroe Handler

Over three issues of the magazine, the Monroe Handler Mustang was built and shown to the world. The Monroe Handler features a custom IMSA inspired wide body, lowered suspension, Centerline wheels and a custom 363 ci jack Roush small block Ford.
