1973 Volkswagen Squareback

There is a small tear in the drivers seat that needs repair. Manual shift. New Tires. A young person in Conn. has had it a few months. showing 26k miles from NJ and then about 30k from Mass. I was skeptical of that until I saw the undercarriage, original VW calipers, and what I call lazy neglect.
