1970 Mercury Cougar

1970 Cougar standard convertible. We can help load. Clear title. Tires all air up but will leak down after awhile. Core support is ok, fender aprons have bubbling in several spots as shown. The previous owner tried to remove the hood hinges and several nuts pulled out of the panel.
