Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 28th year in the classic and muscle car business. This shockingly gorgeous 1967 Ford Mustang is a top-shelf tribute to one of the most beautiful and potent muscle cars ever conceived: Shelby American's 1967 GT500 Super Snake that the company originally built as a demonstrator for Goodyear and its Thunderbolt tires. Shelby engineer Fred Goodell used the 427 Le Mans engine from a GT40 racer and the rest, as they say, is history. Old Carroll himself piloted the beast to 170 mph during this testing and Goodell averaged 142 mph for 500 miles. This stunning 1967 Mustang accurately recreates the visceral experience of driving that performance legend.
