High Octane Classics is proud to offer this 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet finished in black over a tan leather interior. Power comes from an air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-6, rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. Launched for 1994, the 993-generation 911 received evolutionary design updates, more powerful engines across the board, and a redesigned rear suspension system. Porsche offered rear- and four-wheel drive variants, naturally-aspirated and turbocharged engines, plus coupes, convertible, and Targa models. 1996 brought a 12-horsepower bump, and production of the 993 ended after the 1998 model year. It was the last air-cooled Porsche; its replacement, the 996, was water-cooled.
