1929 DeSoto Model K

Is a project car/does not drive. This is a 1929 DeSoto Model K Sedan. We have kept most the papers and transactions since the original buyer bought it in 1930. I've been told it has sat in a garage most of its life and last ran in 2007. The odometer reads 64,776. It could be a good little project for someone or a good show car with a little TLC. I'm asking 7k and I'm open to trade offers for a good reliable daily driver. (Edit I have a conditional title in my name now.)
