The third generation Pony car, the Ford Mustang was built between 1979 and 1993 and would evolve between several sub-models, facelifts and engine offerings. The biggest change that did NOT happen was the evolution in to front wheel drive with a Mazda platform. Fortunately Company execs listened to consumers and the idea was scrapped. These cars were built in the US, Canada and Venezuela. In 1983, the front fascia and grill were restyled along with newer tailights. This Mustang has traveled under 50,000 miles and it shows. It actually looks and drives better in my opinion. This car starts right up, idles nicely and is completely unmolested and clean in and out, top to bottom. Everything is in working order including the nice power convertible top.
