1984 Chevy Monte Carlo SS, has an engine, no transmission. Engine is a small block with serpentine pulleys, non running, turns by hand. Front floors have been patched, shaved door handles, bubbling around the window channel, hood has a few dents, roof has a few dents. Fixer upper. Tires are worn. Passenger front tire airs up but leaks
