STK 3868 1969 Ford Talladega The 1969 Ford Torino Talladega is a legendary American muscle car that was specifically designed for NASCAR racing. Named after the Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama, this limited-production vehicle was built on the Torino Cobra Sportroof chassis. An aerodynamic body, a 6" longer nose, flush-mounted grille and redesigned rocker panels helped improve the overall performance of the Torino Talladega in competition. In order to fulfill NASCAR's racing requirement for street-legal production, Ford needed to deliver a limited number of Torino Talladega models for sale to the public.
