1968 Chevrolet Corvette

High Octane Classics is proud to offer this 1968 Chevrolet Corvette finished in Monaco Orange over a black vinyl interior. The trim tag states that this car was born Rally Red (974) with a black interior (Trim STD). Under the hood is a 427ci V8 paired to the original four-speed manual transmission. Under the hood remains largely stock with the addition of tube steel headers, and an MSD ignition coil, distributer, and wires. The aftermarket headers also feature additional cutouts with removable plates under the car for extra noise and power. The interior is in original condition with the correct 5600 rpm tachometer and an odometer that reads just over 88k miles. A Hurst shifter with white ball has been added in place of the factory linkage with a chrome ball.
