More Details
Harley-Davidson introduced the FLHXXX in 2010 as the second model on Harley's dedicated three-wheel platform, offering a stripped-down, hot rod alternative to the more heavily dressed Tri-Glide. Driven by an air-cooled Twin Cam 103 V-twin engine, it brought the minimalist bagger aesthetic to the trike market by dropping the rear tour-pak. Because buyers in the three-wheel segment preferred the fully equipped comfort of the Tri-Glide, the leaner FLHXXX struggled and was consequently discontinued after a short two-year production run making it a rare and collectible transition piece in modern trike history. This particular example is a gorgeous two-tone Merlot Sunglo and Vivid Black that makes this trike even more rare with this color combo. Some features worth noting are the optional smart security system, split 7 spoke matching front and rear wheels, Hayes dual disc front brakes, a trunk with 4.4 cubic feet of storage, adjustable fairing mounted wind deflectors, cruise control, electric reverse, a steering damper and a Harmon Kardon 80 watt 4 speaker sound system. It has been nicely upgraded with a Stage I filter and a performance fishtail exhaust that makes it sound like a Harley should. It has a long list of chrome upgrades which include the front end, the rear bumper, the fender rails, the spinner center caps on the rear wheels, the upgraded H-D grips with matching highway pegs, the front master cylinder cover, the switch housing covers, the passenger grab handle and the luggage rack with integrated passenger backrest. You will also appreciate the trunk lid organizer, the leather 3-pouch storage pockets behind the windshield, the “Live to Ride” gas door as well as the H-D Willie G Skull covers for the primary and timer. We have posted close-ups of the damage on the right fender which has a noticeable scratch as well as the left fender which has a decent sized chip. Other than those issues there is no other damage this trike and everything works as it should. It currently has 33,607 miles and it was last serviced at 33,584 miles. There are over $3,000 worth of options on this beauty yet we have priced as if it were bone stock so if you like what you see we encourage you to contact us before it is too late!
